Guide to Cancer Season

The days between June 21st and July 22nd create a crazy mix of emotions whether you notice it or not because of one main reason, Cancer season.  Cancers are most commonly thought of as especially moody and emotional.  However, Cancer season is a wild month that has brought us some great things in the past, besides just tears.   This post comes from a Cancer sun and Cancer moon. This allows me the authority to understand how the insanity of Cancer season may lead to new feelings, new relationships, or tears…  In order to make the most of these wild weeks here's a list of do’s for this Cancer season because why should you limit yourself with don'ts?

Do’s

  • Make playlists.-Take all your feelings and allow it to introduce you to new music and artists that help control those emotions, then go organize them into a playlist.

  • Watch a sad movie.-You may cry this month.  Make the tears be over something you can control, like a movie.  Don’t let it be the little things you know you can’t fix.

  • Bake.-As someone who will always find an excuse to bake choose, do it now.  Take the boredom summer can bring, put it into a pie, and yell to Adele while you do so.

  • Swim.-Whether you are close to a pool, ocean, lake,or river, get out there and float.  Sometimes relaxation in the water is all you need to change your mood.

  • Paint your nails.-Feel good.Look good. Have fun. Relax.
