SCAD STYLE

By Isabel Santamaria

For the last five days of the Savannah College of Art and Design’s summer seminar program, students worldwide showed up and showed out. Here are some of my favorite looks.

Claudia - Montana

Wearing classic Adidas sneakers, Claudia paired her thrifted denim maxi skirt with an open-back top from Garage.

Clarissa - brazil

From Brazil to Japan to Georgia, Clarissa is always in style. She rocked a thrifted top, thrifted Baby Phat shorts, and a thrifted bag from Savannah’s vintage clothing store, Avalon Exchange.

Sarah - Chicago

From the windy city, Sarah found her blue top off of Pinterest, and paired it with a Zara denim skirt and New Balance 550s.

Evelyn - georgia

A native to Savannah herself, Evelyn wore a thrifted black mesh top with Motel Rocks jeans, paired with a pair of sambas and a black bag from Urban Outfitters.

Hazel - D.C.

Hailing from the nation’s capital, Hazel wore a thrifted layered tank top, a thrifted denim skirt, and classic Adidas sambas.

dylan - Texas

From the Lone Star State, Dylan shined in this outfit. Her pants are made in Nepal and were found in a small pop-up in Texas. Her shirt is from a small business in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Addie - Montana

Another Montanan, Addie paired her handmade bolero from Depop with blue jeans and accessorized the look with handmade jewelry from local farmers’ markets.
